Your Step-by-Step CandidPro Experience
In-Office Consultation
You’ll meet with Dr. Simmonds for an exam and digital scans. We’ll evaluate your bite, discuss goals, and answer questions about cost, timing, and comfort.
You’ll also see whether aligners can realistically achieve what you’re hoping for.
Custom Treatment Planning
Your records are reviewed by Dr. Simmonds and a licensed orthodontist to create a personalized plan. Every tooth movement is mapped out before treatment begins.
You’ll know:

Aligner Delivery
Your custom aligners are produced and delivered to the office or directly to you. You’ll also receive access to the ProMonitoring™ app and ScanBox Pro to track progress from home.
Daily Wear
You’ll wear your aligners as prescribed—usually around 22 hours a day. Remove them for meals, brushing, and flossing.
Most patients adjust quickly and continue their daily lives with little interruption.
Remote Check-Ins
Every 7–14 days, you’ll send photos through the ProMonitoring app. This allows us to track progress, confirm fit, and guide when it’s time to switch aligners.
You can also view a time-lapse of your progress as your smile changes.
Finishing and Retention
Once treatment is complete, we’ll help you transition into retainers—often PermaForm retainers—to help keep your results stable long-term.
